from India to NY or within USA??? if within USA it should be there long time ago and if international then don't worry. Good luck

When ecas shows "decision  made' then it is a good sign that your passports have been stamped with PR visa.

You said you have sent the passport to Ny embassy? from where you sent it? and where you expecting it back? Did you send return courier package? if yes, then you can track it online?

If you want a correct answer you have to give correct information here. Your post not making much sense.

Oh my God! These lawyers are great!

Buddy, you should have insisted her to send it by courier only by paying her some extra charges for that. Normal post (snail mail) has big problem all over the world. Some times if you are lucky you will get it. There are many cases that the REGULAR POST loose the documents. Whatever, I can't digest the fact that your passports are being sent by normal post. Believe me, I never heard this before.

Btw, I wish you best luck. Pray hard

Did you receive the passports finally? My passports were sent from NY office a month ago and I have not received so far in Toronto, how long should I wait before applying for duplicate passports?
