Hi,

Currently i am working in Canada through W1 Work Permit Visa. For past one year, i am working in canada. i am going to complete my one year employment in canada. But This one year employment has some break of 2 month vocation to india....Since i have this break, can i apply for PR under canadian experience.

I came to canada on Oct 2009, and went back in india on June 2010. and then again back to canada on Sep 2010 and working still in canada. almost i am going to complete my 12 month employment in canada.

please advise me whether i can apply for PR or wait for 2 years.

You can apply under FSW2, (current WP means that you are arranged employed). For FSW3, you have to wait 2 yrs. your call.

Hi

You can apply under FSW2, (current WP means that you are arranged employed). For FSW3, you have to wait 2 yrs. your call.

1.  Well since FSW3 doesn't exist anymore, he would have difficulty applying under that.
2.  To apply under FSW2, he requires a permanent job offer from his employer if the NOC is A,B or O.  A work permit doesn't mean he has arranged employment.
