Help needed for Canadian Documents Attestation

Hi

My wife (Canadian citizen) is living with me from 3 years in Dubai & she is sponsoring me now from Dubai. i need to know following :-

1. Do i need to attest or notarize her Canadian passport/citizenship copy also?
2. Do i need to attest or notarize the entry/exit stamps on passport that we are sending as relationship proof?

But i need to notarize my Pakistani passport copy.. Right?
Can i notarize it from Pakistan while i am in Dubai? My cousin can do it for me from Pakistan. Will it be ok?

2.  Did you read the visa office specific application for UAE?  http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/3911e.pdf  It says copy, not notarized copy.  Neither does the guide for pakistan require the photocopies be notarized http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/3907e.pdf
3  You should read both, if you are a national of pakistan.
