HELP: Medical, DMP, RMO, Courier....

We had our medical exam here in manila but our visa office is in Trinidad and tobago.
the DMP told us that she couldn't send the results in trinidad and tobago because only the address of the Regional Medical office(RMO) is available in our IMM 1017 and the courier needs a contact name and number of the person who will receive the said results. the DMP told us that we(applicants) must provide the contact name and number otherwise the results will not be sent. So, we tried calling the canadian embassy here in the philippines to ask, but they said we(applicants) are not allowed to know any contact informations about the RMO, and only the DMP has the authority to do so. I already told the DMP about that, but she just keeps on saying that we must provide it.

lam mo kakapamedical p rin lang nmin 3weeks ako wala pako balita kong na forward na s embassy,ang dapat talaga kung san ka nag pamedical sila ang mag forward nun sa embassy.san kb nag pamedical at kelan?

yun nga din po ang pagkakaalam ko na sila dapat ang mag padala nun sa embassy, pero ang sabi nya kasi outside the philippines na, kaya pinagbayad din kami ng shipping fee bukod dun sa medical fee. kay dra. susana camille tinmbol-sanchez po.
Pwede po kayo tumawag dun sa DMP nyo para i-confirm kung naipadala na nila.
