your calculation is precise.
Education = 10 + 2 + 3 year University bachelor's degree =
15 years fetches only 20 points as there is only one bachelor's degree.
As per guide;
Two or more university degrees at the Bachelor's level AND at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study - 22 points
A three-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship AND at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study - 22 points
A university degree of two years or more at the Bachelor's level, AND at least 14 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study - 20 pointsAccountant is not in list of 29 NOCs to apply as FSW.

Spouse Edu = Masters in Nutrition ( Regular course)
5 points a Master's degree I assume with 17 years total of education
My educ = B.com (Regular Course)
20 points (max 25 pts.) - I assume it's a 4 year bachelor's degree
Work Exp = 2 yrs ( Accountant )
17 pts. (max 21 pts.)
total = 68 pointsIf you're an FSW applicant, your work should fall on the NOC list provided by CIC.
