Hi Prakash,

Good to know that you did Hotel Management and currently working in a Hotel.

Your consultancy is WRONG, if asking for 2 year experience. The requirement to qualify (to attain the qualifying points of 67) is to have 1 year of experience in the last 10years from the current NOC list. You could get more points if you have more experience.

Now clearing your CONFUSION: Actually there is no confusion at all.....What you are going to do:- TO GET a FALSE REFERENCE LETTER FROM YOUR EMPLOYER is termed as FRAUD in CIC's language. You will jeopardize your PR application, ban yourself from immigrating for an unspecified amount of time, put your employers' reputation at stake and snatch some authentic and genuine applicant's chance to IMMIGRATE.

I am extremely sorry for the harsh words used in my post.......but if you try, you could immigrate with authentic documents.

Try the link below to understand the process.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index.asp

I can assure you a 100% that no one on this FORUM will encourage you to continue your PR application on the basis of Fake documents.....this is for your own good.
