drizzi ,

In the FSW MI-3 list, IT professionals and teachers are not included so unfortunately either of your occupations are not in the list of 29 occupations.
You may look for LMO or AEO via a canadian employer , it may not be very easy but you could still try - afterall luck might favour you !

Drizzi ,

If you are interested in moving to Quebec, a province dominated by french speaking community, it is wise to start learning the language so you can easily integrate with the people & place - All occupations are accepted with a criteria to meet the minimum points . Below link will help evaluate if you qualify
http://www.form.services.micc.gouv.qc.ca/epi/index.jsp?languageCode=en
In addition, It is essential to atleast learn basic french as an interview is held to provide bonus points by the immigration officer.

I hope this helps.
