Hello
 My case is not under 38 list i filed on july 08 as bookkeeper . I am waiting from last 1 & half year but didnot get any rejection or approval .
My brother is in Australia as a PR he told me to apply for there but i am waiting for result of canada application . Can any body tell me that what should i do . keep wait or apply . Is it sure that i will get rejection on the ground of 38 list. I am from india No arrange employment nothing

Pls suggest me

Apply to australia, FSW fast track system has not been kind to people who are not on the 38 noc list who applied prior to the fast track system. I suggest you take your chances with australia and hope you all the luck in the world for it!

I agree

apply for Australia even i got rejected for not being in 38 occ list

but i tried to fit myself in NOC-0111 so now waiting for December wen i will receive AOR

It's better for your to apply for Australia PR, then.
