(2)  That my financial position is sound and I can easily support him financially during his stay at Canada.
(3)   That I will bear all his expenses of travelling,tuition fee,boarding and lodging etc during his stay at Canada.
(4)   That he will not take part in any political activity
(5)    That he will come back to Pakistan after the completion of his studies and will not violate any of the student visa rules.

1. You have to send all previous education documents in Original

2. You will edit you Statement of purpose so that it answers the following questions:
why canada, why this uni, why this course, home ties,

3. You can get affidavit from any lawyer, they have it ready with them.

4. You need to fill the folowing forms only (amusing you are not minor)
MM1294 E,
IMM5257B,
IMM5483E,
IMM5645E
Yes, leave that section without entering any details.

IMM5483E is the check list, are you sure this check list is for Pakistan because Police Certificate and educational documents is not included in this,

1. I have submitted IMM5483E as checklist. I checked the last option (any other document requried by the responsible Visa office). Other guys also used this checklist and got medical calls.
2. You can also use the checklist available on CHC Islamabad website. I guess it would be more appropriate if one use this checklist.

Further to my previous reply; I, too, got medical based on that IMM5483E checklist. However, I will advise to send the one specific to CHC Islamabad.

Ok thanks Shujaat .....Can u answer one query ? Please tell me is it necessary to submit SOP ? I am asking because my brother didn't submit it and he got study visa and is still there and he is telling me not to submit to many docs bcz SOP would be covered in ur interview.

1. SOP is not necessary but is highly recommended.
2. One is usually not interviewed for Canada visa unlike US visa.
3. Your brother's excuse is lame (sorry) but You should try your best to avoid that interview and if writing one SOP can clear things then why would you want an interview for it?
4. Its your call, you should do how you feel comfortable.
