my boyfriend is in the philippines,how can i get him here in canada? what is the best thing to do? i heard the thing about the fiancee and it only takes 6 months to come here.how is that? is that true?can you please explain it to me..how can i get my boyfriend here? please help me.

There is no such thing as a fiance option in Canada immigration.  You can read up on spousal and common law immigration here:

Depending on the office it can take 6 months, maybe less maybe more.  In your case you are not married so you would have to be common law for one year.  It is a long process not to be taken lightly.  There is a conjugal class but this is very hard to prove and most times gets refused.  Best is to inform yourself about the procedure then ask your questions.. Read the link Boncuk gave you.  If you marry your boyfriend, you can apply to sponsor him to Canada.
