hi guys. hope you can help me,its been 6 months since my family and i migrate here in winnipeg, mb and im planning to return to philippines this coming march 2012. i just wanna know if i can stay there for like 6 to 7 months because im a nursing graduate in philippines and ill take the nursing board exam there. i just received my permanent residence card last august i think. hope u can help me:)

Yes - you can stay there for 6-7 months. To maintain your Canadian PR stutus - just have to make sure that you live in Canada two years out of every rolling five years.
