Help: Marrying European girlfriend in Canada

I've browsed many message boards as well as the Citizenship and Immigration Canada website. Nothing concrete in terms of advice.
Can anyone help in providing info for marrying a foreign national (Hungarian) who does not require a visa to Canada?
I'm a Canadian Citizen and my Hungarian girlfriend of 1 year has already visited me in Canada. She requires no visa for entry. I've also been to europe several times during this long distance relationship. I'd like to bring her here permanently.
Is it better to marry her in Canada or abroad? I was thinking in Canada... What is the process? Is there still a 90 day requirement for when she arrives? Can she travel after getting married & appling for residency?

as long as you will get married and have a legitimate marriage certificat to include in ur file for application then where u marry here in canada or not is not a problem so far the thing is aftr ur marriage its better to opt for the outland application because its quicker than the inland one , good luck
