Hi Jes_ON or other experienced members,
I currently works as a nurse with a valid license from college of nurses of Ontario ( NOC 3233, level B) My question is whether to include my license in my application. pls can u attach any link where they mentioned to include license in the application if possible?
?. ur response is always appreciated

YES, include a copy of your license. See the Document Checklist, Section 11 -
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5610E.PDF

I am just reading the document checklist and discovered that they need only the photocopies. These include school transcripts and others. Does this mean that I wouldnt bother to request for orginal transcript on a sealed envelop from my school??
