HELP IS THIS A BIG PROBLEM?

hello forum members..
please see this slc certificate.. I got it from net.. it is nepal certificate

everything is in english but the date is in nepali date i.e bikram sambat which says 2044 now according to english date system its a fake lol.. but thats in bikram sambat..
so what to do with this.. do the VO knows this situation...
or is this going to create some problem?

Just include an Explanation letter, and if possible, go to some Translation service and get a Translation as well. Notarize it and DONT Forget
explanation letter.

Just to add on to DH 's suggestion.....the translator should be CERTIFIED.
