Help is needed

I am in USA from 8 years been  on H1 for 4 years,My Bachelor is in Hotel Management,completed my MBA in India then another masters from USA which is also an MBA.Presently my profession on H1 is Programmer Analyst,Will my bachelor degree effect my nomination for Alberta.That is the only question which is bothering me and stopping me from applying,As i have read in some of NOC codes which corresponds to Programmer Analyst the req is for bachelor in Computer science which I dont have.
Kindly guide me how i should go from here.

I have a B.S. in Psychology but I've been working in the USA in something more like a Case Worker, so I applied under  that NOC, my lawyer said it could worth the try because my current occupation does match the duties description for the one in the Pressure list. I haven't been nominated yet tho (Apply early this year but I passed the pre-assesment). So I've learned the duties are more important than the job tittle and what degrees do you posses.
Check the Alberta Hotline tho, they may know better. Do you have the phone number?

Go for it. There is no fees to pay and the worst can happen is the AINP might say NO. But I am sure they do not care about your educational background as long as you have the work experience necessary that and it sounds like you do have that.

I have BS in Management and Master of Public Administration and I am a Business Systems Analyst and I already got my nomination. They never asked me if I have a degree in Computer Science or Engineering. Nobody cares about what your degree is in as long as you have one to meet the minimum requirements.
