HELP!! Interpret GCMS Notes..

Our application was submitted Feb 2011 and transferred to Visa office March 29, 2011.  ECAS status after 6 months is still "Application  and medical results received".    We ordered GCMS in August 18, 2011 and received it in Sept 8.
These is the summary content. It looks to me they are not finish yet in the background assessment? 
Can someone interpret what these means?

did you  get visa officer comments on your file,

Do you really think "1" means pass? How come the status is "not started"?  Did you also order GCMS or CAIPS?  I believe "1" or 2 or 3 decision codes are for CAIPS notes... Mine is GCMS... does it also apply?

There are 2 latest comments by VO under note 1 and note2, unfortunately these comments are logs by the VO when we inquired or follow-up our application. 
I think these may have cause delays in our application.   

Before these 2 comments there 7more comments;

Notes 3:  refers to emailed received by visa office from CIC  confirming the RPRF payment.
Notes 4:  refers to confirmation of package received via courier - the RPRF payment receipt that we sent to the visa office..
Notes 5:  refers to docs received by visa office. Included passport, appendix a, personal history.
Notes 6:  refers to initial review by VO on our application... 
Notes 7:  refers to checking of application for hits in FOSS, CAIPS/GCMS.
Notes 8:  refers to file/application package received by visa office from CIC
Notes 9:  refers to file/application package received by CIC

Sorry for asking too many questions... In your GCMS notes, do you have the same information as mine? Im mean in "status" what does it say in your GCMS note?
