Thanks Saki,
Can you pls clear one doubt.
Is it compulsory to score in all the required fields?
For eg. is it ok if i file in application without me having scored anything in adaptability will tht affect my application?
Also if a person scores 67 points for Education, Age, Adaptability, Experience,  Job Offer . then is it mandatory to score points for Language.
THanks once again and welcome back..

Its not mandatory to score points in every sections, you need minimum of 67 points in total does not matter from how many sections you get that. For language it goes the same BUT visa officer are giving very importance to the language sections thats why they have made IELTS mandatory for every applicant and there are some cases where applicants got very low points in language and visa officer questioned them about the language skill.

Ok, he can apply with the same score but i will strongly recommend to improve his IELTS score because visa officer will definetly question his language abilities if IELTS score is low.
