Hey everyone i'm new here and I have a question. I applied for the federal skilled worker visa. The CIO office said I should submit my documents to the kingston office. However, my aunt has died since then, is it ok for me to use my cousin?

No,since the person is dead,the points will be deducted from your total point at the visa office .
