I've been visiting my boyfriend for 2,5 months,
but i'm back home now.. already planning a trip out to stay with him.

is common-law where you live together on the same address with NO breaks in between?

i got confused with it since i read this:

"you are in a common-law relationship if you and your sponsor have lived together in a conjugal relationship for a peiod of at least one year".

we have proof of pictures, tickets for me coming out to him and opposite, mail being sent to his address when i stayed at his..

hope this doesn't sound too cunfusing!

Read through the OP2Processing Manual - Section 5.34-5.36 - for information on what constitutes a common-law relationship and how you prove it.  Visits totalling a year won't cut it - that is not cohabitation.

line.a i think before to be considered common law, u need to be at least lived together for at least 1 yr--no interuptions, although u or ur partner can leave but for short period only.(im not sure about there definition of short period, but i think its like 1 or 2 weeks).

No, that's not working at all, like RobsLuv said. You need joint leases, joint household etc. No way you'll get through with this in my opinion.
