HELP !!! I need help like now !!!

Apparently,my baby was borned in toronto and his dad is the citizen of canada but i'm not....we haven't got registered for marriage , so i'm still illegal in canada...
we ahve fight recenlty and i want to bring the baby away with me, but my bf said if i do,immigration would take me away and the baby gonna stay with him because my baby's child care benefits is under his name and he said even if i call cops,they still gonna say the baby is not mine cuz i'm illegal....i don't know what to do now....i need help,i don't really care about my status anyways,i just want my baby back and i don't mind if they gonna send us away,as long as the baby can staying me....anyone can help me out plz????

You should talk to a womans shelter and see if they have a lawyer available for free. I believe if you are not married, you will be the more likely option to have sole custody of the baby.
