help !!! how is UNIVERSITY OF MANITOBA

Since i already got rejection twise in SPP and General for the jan intake for post secondary course in business , i wanted to apply for a under graduate course this time in university ! So i have selected UNIVERSITY OF MANITOBA  in Winnipeg  .... Since i already have 3 years of work expirience I have now opted for a degree in Business in a University to increase the chances of my Visa ! . .. . .   PLEASE DO REPLY AS I REALLY NEED SOME GUIDANCE ! ! !!!! >>>>>> Thanks !

University of Manitoba is the best university of it's province , They got a huge collection of notable alumni, They also hold a very good reputation in the outer world, But you've to understand that University is not a factor in getting visa,The matter is financial capabilities,Country tie and study outcomes ( I mean the course that you choose can increase your employability or not in your country or not),But it's true that CHC do reject applications for colleges ,On the other hand,Rejection for universities is quite low.

P.S : Just remember those 3 things ,You'll then inshallah get your visa.

You might as well get another rejection if you don't improve on the reasons that have been given in the 1 and 2 attempt.
