HELP HELP - URGENT!!! PR & STUDENT VISA!!!

Hi,

My girlfriend now is at canada toronto, she holding on to is a year 2000 landing paper and during 2000 - 2009 she didnt enter canada to renew anything or even enter the country, so the landing paper at 2000 is  consider PR at that time. At the moment she told the school that she is a PR and pay school fees as a PR. She enter canada toronto as a visitor, so she got maybe 90days of stay over there, and her school term starting next month at Sept! What can she do?

1.) Can she apply for a PR using the landing paper at that year will she able to get a PR status?

2.) How long will be the process time for the PR and what happen if she need to start school and her 90days stay expire?

3.) Can she apply student visa if PR can't get?

4.) How possible at less than 2mths before school term start she can get a STUDENT VISA?

Overall what can she do?

If she did not land she won't be considered a PR.

1) She would have to start a new PR application.

2) The time depends under which category she will be applying (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/index.asp). It might take more than 90 days.

3) There are chances that the student visa might be refused since she applied for PR (CIC would assume that she would be overstaying).

4) It is difficult know without applying.

but at that time the landing paper doesnt consider she is a PR??
