i was international student in toronto and rite now on work permit.I filled my immigration with AEO on sep -02-2008 and got file no 0n Nov-14-2008 but i am not in 38 list .according to new rule is there any possibility that my case will refused.PLz reply

If u were in Canada for more than a year, then u don't have to worry about the occupations list.
