Looking for some advice!!
I sent the spousal sponsorship complete application 2 weeks ago, and today found that the 8 photos of my husband slipped out of his package and did not get sent!
Will I have to wait until the whole package gets sent back to me due to lack of completes documents or is there something i can do before that? Sad

Thanks for any advice/knowledge you might have!

They'll probably send it back as incomplete.  However, you can put the pictures in it and send it right back and it will go to the top of the pile so you will only lose a week or two of processing time.  They will send you instructions.  DO NOT send them the photos now as they will probably get lost because there is no way to match them up.  This office gets over 1000 applications a week.

If, in the off chance that you get lucky and they send the file to the visa office for processing, wait until you get the AOR from the VO and send the photos with all of the identifying information to attach to the file.  (File No., name, date of birth)

RJ, my wife's inland application was sent back due to an issue with the application fee (their mistake).  We promptly sent it back with a clearer explanation.  Received: November 1st. Initial processing start: December 15, 2010, Restarted processing February 15th.

Does your logic for the OP apply to our application as well?  Have we only lost a couple of weeks?  Trying to understand when to expect the AIP if elligible.

Inland is different. I can't say for sure when they will restart.  Since it's their mistake, hopefully the earlier date. Wish I could help more.
