HELP FOR QUEBEC SKILLED WORKER PROGRAM

i applied for Quebec skilled immigration program in april from Karachi Pakistan.coincidentally i was about to turn 36 in April whereas the age limit for applicant is 35.anyways the courier company notified my with receipt that my application was received at BIQ Hong Kong 4 days before i turn 36.but after almost 4 months in august i received a notification from BIQ Hong Kong with acknowledgement of my application with a reference/case number telling me that now my application is in que for review.
now a very obvious and crucial question arises that in august i have obviously crossed my age limit of 35 but according to courier receipt they got my application before i turned 36.so what are the chances of my acceptance or what date of application receipt would the embassy consider?the date on which the courier company handed them my application or the date when they sent me the acknowledgement letter?

You will not get points for age but your chance is still there depending on the other factors: education, family, language...

If Biq considers your 35 age, then you will get 16 points in age factor, if 36 then you will get 14 points. Whether 35 or 36, you are eligible for processing your case provided that you achieve the minimum cut off points.
