I am a Live-in Caregiver and three months from now i'll apply for my Open VISA and PR. I am married but separated not legally though Sad I don't like to bring my husband here because he has his own family now back home in the Philippines. Would it be possible that i'll not include him in my application?

Yes, state that he is non accompanying as you are separated.
