HELP. "Decision made" before receiving FN from Buffalo.

to CAYA:
Tell you two cases of my friends regarding the second AOR in Buffalo.
1. friend A: 13weeks wait for the second. Before that, no any status updated and changed.
2. Me: 11 weeks wait for the second.  Now if using 1st AOR, status is still "Decision made"; Using 2nd AOR,  no any information.
3. friend B: 12 weeks wait, anfter 2nd AOR, status changed be "decision made", and then "medical exam"

In my opinion, your 2nd AOR is still on the way, Just wait for it.  DO not worry about it.
