This is a complicated case. My dad is spondering is dependant 15 year old son, mom and him not together. He so far as sponsered me and my brother and is currently sponsering the other two dependant children. This is the BIG Problem. On one of the boys paper dad failed to add him on as a non accompanying dependant and so he was excluded.

My dad says he did not know he had to add him there, and this is where the delema starts. he has decided to appeal and send in the appeal papers. They wrote us asking us to send documenatations for the file, I have no idea what documents they are talking about.

I know my dad will loose the case he failed to add is son and so he face teh circumstances. My questions are

what should he write to the appeal board saying, what sort of documentation do they need.

what other options does he has a father has in sponsering is son, is there any other applicational choices.

Help any idea or suggestion would be appreciated

sometimes fathers leave kids back home and sometimes never look back, but here we have a father who will do anything for his kids. I hope the system will prevail in his case. Hope
