Help: Application declined because of bank fault-Need to appeal

Hello,

I am a Canadian permanent resident, I placed my credit card info to pay for my
aunt's Federal skilled worker application. Unfortunately, the bank
changed my credit card number while her application was in process, I have
contacted CIC and gave them a new credit card number to process
before the bank canceled the old number "30 days", I received an official
reply saying they could not locate her application! and needed a Fed-EX
proof that she has sent her application "Which I answered "... Well, they have sent her a
rejection because the processing fee was not there. I would like to appeal
this case and ask them to re-open her old file, because her job does not
qualify under the new ruling and she has 2 master degrees that will
guarantee her more than enough points to pass under the old system.
please help

you message just bring hope for me i have applied for canadian immigrtion NOC0111,but i did not mention visa office name ,
i applied on 5th may 2010 and document returned on 23 july 2010,application return after correction on 14 oct 2010( because my file was missplaced by post office ) i need yr kind sugestion
pls reply as soon as possible

Hi mnyasin,

I did not understand your question actually what you are asking you
have already submitted your file on 14 oct i think right.

then you have to wait for their turn if they charge you means
you are on you way if they did not means you can't do anything.

it is just pure luck man any other suggestion specific you
need then let me know

Thank you so much Rehaan, that is encouraging news, I will attempt that, the other option is to consult a lawyer, but i am not sure if its worth it..
