HI QORAX

                 BY MISTAKE I SEND IT MY JOINT ACCOUNT STATEMENT FOR CHC REQUIREMENT BEFORE THREE MONTH.NOW I REALISE AND I WILL SEND IT AFFEDIVITE(WITH NOTRY) TOMORROW.


                 MY FATHER WRITE DOWN IN AFFEDIVITE , WHICH ONE I WANT TO SHOW U.I JUST WRITE DOWN IN SHORT.

 


               ( I (MY FATEHER NAME) AM   INDIAN CITIZEN. I HAVE OPEN JOINT ACCOUNT WITH MY SON BEFORE 6 YEARS, AFTER THAT MY SON HE WENT LONDON FOR FURTHER STUDY AND STAYED THERE.NOW WHEN HE FINISH STUDY , THATSWHY HE COME BACK HERE AND OPEN HIS NEW PERSONAL  SAVING ACCOUNT . NOW I WILL TRANSFER MY AMOUNT  IN MY SON NEW PERSONAL SAVING ACCOUNT. )

I would suggest you better you open an personal account immediately and transfer the amount and sent the bank statement immediately with a cover letter stating the issue.  They will definitely take this into account.

Rather than sending an affidavit, move the funds to personal account and send the Bank certificate and explain the situation in cover letter

Rather than a a regular savings/current a/c, put the funds into a Term Deposit scheme. And then obtain a letter form the banker that u have so-n-so amount in a TD.
