Help! About the request

Hello guys,hope some1 can share some ideas to help us out My friend has applied under category 1122 she is at the stage of medical with visa office in manila but she is currently in New york.Her medical request is at hand and his family is here the question is,Can she take the medical in the USA while the husband and kid takes the medical in the phils? would it affect the application negatively?
Hope some1 can help me out
