Hello i am a telecom engineer working for mobile operator in operations and maintainance department....can any 1 pls specify my NOC code and is it good  if i apply with this coide as this time?

It will be difficult to give NOC code without knowing what your job responsibilities are.

You can check your NOC code here: http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/Welcome.aspx

If your job responsibilities do not match with NOC code: 0213 (as this is the only code in 38 occupations list under IT), I am afraid you won't qualify for FSW category-1.

In that case you can look at other immigration options: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/index.asp (PNP or Quebec).
