Hello

I applied as FSW in Aprit 2008 and got my rejection today as my occupation 0122 was not in the list

I perform various duties of NOC-0111 which is in the list ...so can i reapply ?

My qualifications also meet the basic requriement for financial manager that are

1.Masters degree in economis

2.Certified accounting desgnation (I have CAIIB i.e certified accountant of indian institute of bankers)

my experience in govt bank is 20+ years ...with regular promotions

Main duties
Financial managers perform some or all of the following duties:

    * Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operation of an accounting, audit or other financial department
    * Develop and implement the financial policies, systems and procedures of an establishment
    * Prepare or co-ordinate the preparation of financial statements, summaries, and other cost-benefit analyses and financial management reports
    * Co-ordinate the financial planning and budget process, and analyze and correct estimates
    * Supervise the development and implementation of financial simulation models
    * Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting procedures and investment activities and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets and other financial control functions to senior managers and other department or regional managers
    * Recruit, organize, train and manage staff

If you was performing above duties, then even titles don't match, go ahead and submit the application again. Now be carefully when writing down your duties in application forms, write down principal duties which do you think match above duties. Good luck.

Do the employer have to confirm the main duties given in the application

Actually i donot want to disclose about my immigration case to my employer
