Hello Leon, PMM, Rupeshhari and Sanjeev India need your valuable suggestion

I am having AEO under NOC 1231 (Accounting Bookkeeper). I am commerce graduate and having 18 years of experience in the filed of accounts. I working with my current employer for last 15 years as an Accounts Head how I had joined as a Accounts Clerk/Book keeper/Assistant level. Now my responsibilities are to take care of all accounts matter, excise matters, sales tax matters, stores responsibilities and lead the 10 persons of accounts team.

am I in write track. Would I be able to get through as I am having AEO in NOC 1231 (Accounting Bookkeeper). And I have applied under NOC 1111. as accounting bookkeeper is not in 38 occupation list. My lawyer has mentioned 1111 in the form. Can you please let me know that for apply of under FSW 2 should NOC be in list of 38 occupation.

or advise what should I do I withdraw my application and applied mentioning 1231 in the Form.

Bro,

An AEO will safely get u thru under FSW. Don't worry on that front. Ur lawyer has done it correct. Actually, with the AEO u didn't need a lawyer at all. But, u did, that's good for u.

i believe if you have an aeo then you don't have to fit in any of the jobs on the 38 job list. So even if they think it shouldnt be 1111 and it should be 1231, they shouldnt reject you.

first of all thnx for the honour of putting me in same line with our most respected members, but seriously i m not in the same league with PMM, Rupeshhari and Leon. There opinion is much more better than mine and if they advise something u better follow them.

now coming to ur situation, if ur job duties match NOC 1111 then u have done nothing wrong. u just have to wait. one of my friend is also working as an accouts head in a company and he completed his med couple of weeks ago. in fact ur case is much stringer since u have an AEO with u. so don't worry. u r on right track.

Thanks for the senior member who they have give comments on my queries and also thanks in advance to the people from whom I m seeking their valuable advice.

I just complete the situation so senior members could be more able to give their suggestion in right way. I got my file back from NS in the month of October-09 as my file was missed copy of full AEO i.e. submitted xerox copy of ist page and 2nd page was missing.


And they returned file by telling that such sily mistake to me. And also written that I should be submitted copy of full set of AEO again and copy of their letter in under which they have returned my file. Why they have asked their letter? It means all other things are ok and they just need copy of complete AEO and I would be through under the same AEO as its of NOC 1231.


After getting approve for NS Sydney would CHC  object on the decision of NS as why they have given approval on 1231.

Kindly suggest?
