my question is   can  my wife sponsoring me even she sonsoring someone inside  canada but after one year she called to cancel it and her ex husband he didn't have PR by her her that it was from 5 years ago


and can they accept aplication for sposoring me even she is with me here without work and we can say she can't work because she is pregnant .

It was difficult to understand your question.
But I believe that, your wife had first applied to sponsor her ex-husband and then cancelled the application. And now you both are together in Canada and she wants to apply for you, M I right?
She can apply for you if her ex-husband had not got PR status. If he had recevied the PR status, then she can not sponsor anybody for three years from outside Canada, as far as I know.
I think, for spousal categary, the income is not much of a problem if your relationship is geniune and you can prove that.
