Hello guys,

i sent my application through fedex overnight delivery yeterday , it will reach CIO today.

would u guys specially from Canada/US like to share ur timelines  @ CIO.

i think i sent in mine dec 10, reached around dec 17, got a reply back on about jan 14th i think.

there were many public holidays at that time but also less applicants.

I am not an expert at Canadian Immigration.
Please don't expect me to answer if your post title has urgent in it and it is not really urgent. Urgent is 911 or you have a definite deadline tomorrow, not that you would like to send in the application soon

thanks Rupeshhari, yes i agree..

I am hoping to hear back within 1 month as i am suppossed to fly back August first week.
I am thinking of sending the package to buffalo from canada ... but lets see how it goes. keeping fingers crossed..

other, please share your experience.

Hi, I sent mine to CIO in mid-April, got response (email) on June 15 - almost 2 months.  (I'm in Canada).

I sent mine May 26 and CIO received May 28. I am still waiting for it. >>>Calgary, AB<<<

Miy application was recieved by the CIO at june 8, and of course still waiting (Toronto - canada)

I guess u will hear by July 10 or so , counting one month from the date you applied.
