Hi , I am new to this forum but so impressed with the help of the members espcially the seniors like PMM who is so dedicated to help prospective immigrants to Canada. Senior members what do you think of the chances of Physical therapists in all of canada? I have 5 years of experience here in the middle east. Pls. give me an idea if my profession will be favored in the future plan of immigration canada to be implemented soonest. thanks ..

1.  You would have to have your credentials assessed and if sufficient would have to write the exam.  See: http://www.alliancept.org/credential.shtml
2. If you qualify, you could apply under the PNP program in BC http://www.ecdev.gov.bc.ca/programsandservices/pnp/so/index_so.htm as PT is considered a strategic occupation as well as Alberta http://www.alberta-canada.com/immigration/immigrate/skilledworkers.html
but, if you are qualified you will have to find an employer will to get a PNP certificate.
