looking for a forum that's very useful... and i found you guys..
  
  PR application under the Caregiver Program..submitted May 22, 09..in process as of today
  
  i have a family member (wife) which i check in application form the box to "NO" (seeking permanent residence).
  lately my wife was refused (final assesment) for not submitting her second medical exam and police clearance.
  
  am worried...it will affect my PR application? Do i need to file new application for my wife?
  any advise will help....thanks everybody

If your wife refuses to take the medical, then it most likely that your application will be refused.

 actually..the time of submission has been expired.. and my wife is willing to undergo
new medical visit. do i have to inform or send any request to the embassy (rome. ITALY)? or here on CIC (canada).
