Please advise for one of my friend. Here are his details:

After doing a full time 3 yr graduate degree (B-Tech engineering) he has been working as a farming equipment / engine (heavy duty) mechanic for last 3.5 yrs. After bachelor degree he only did a six month training on heavy duty equipment and then got a job as above. My question is...since he is an engg graduate and got enough points, does he still need to show any specialized training/apprenticeship in HD trade or his engg degree will be sufficient enough to complement his profession.?

Appreciate valuable responses from anyone who can help.

Thanks!
