Dear

I have a cumbersome problem. I have got PR in nov 2010 and stayed with my family for 3 months at  BC Canada . I have health card of all my family members. Now i am in india. I have requested the health authorities in canada to cancel my health card as we r moving back to india. Now my wife is pregnant and i want to give birth to my child at Canada. I want to know whether BC health authority will renew my and my family health cards or i have to apply new one. Secondly how much expenses occur in canada for a delivery if u dont have health card or health insurance
