Hi there!
My health card is issued 26/08/2011 but I am still waiting for it.
Any idea how to check it where is it or how long it take to deliver?

Thanks

I had a similar problem.  My OHIP card didn't arrive and I phoned them and they decided that it must have been lost and they would send me a new one.  Then I found the one they had mailed on top of the mailboxes where I had lived.  It was probably put in the wrong mailbox and the owner of that apartment might have been on vacation and not seen it.  Anyway, by that time, I couldn't use it because OHIP had already cancelled it and I had to wait for them to mail me the new one.  It shouldn't take a month to mail it.

I have no idea anymore.  It was a while ago.  If you go to https://www.services.gov.on.ca/services/searchServices.do?action=service_details&id=11282&locale=EN you find a link to locate a service counter and a number: 1-888-376-5197  You could try that.

Leon, thank you!
I called them and found that my card was returned back because of my new address.
So now I apply once again and will recieve a new one in 3 weeks. So far I can use temporary one.
