tweet from Rafael Fabregas:
"Deb_Matthews(head of MOH) today MOH finally provided clear steps foreign caregivers need to take when denied OHIP despite being on implied status.
I hope MOH works to disseminate this info widely as it is not available anywhere. Still, I am grateful for your help!"

Hope this is just the beginning to all LiCs in Ontario....it lessens the stress of waiting!

tweet from Rafael Fabregas:
Live-in caregivers in Toronto: if on "implied status" you can still get OHIP. Call Thorncliffe Neighborhood Office, ask for Maria Leynes
