H&C grounds. someone who has does this help me understand

thanks for creating this wonderful website. I would llike to sponser my kid under humanitarian an compassionate grounds. I was denied sponsering him under the family class as he was born 2 months before I came to canada and was not on any of my immigration documents.

Questions

1) How do I apply under this area,

Do I fill the form that says H&C grounds from inside canada, My son live in jamaica.

Does this mean he has to be living in canada for me to apply for him.

Should he come as a visitor then apply.

I have prove and have spoken with a lawyer that told me that that is the only way right now. he said some prove that we could show is:

DNA

Fact that mother has given dad Ok to take child to canada
Mother is being sponsered my another child who does not have enough income to sponger both.

If mother comes and then try to sponswer him later who will take care of him during this time

Child is 15 dependant in high school

3 brothers and sister living in canada.

One brother living back in jamaica not capable to taking care of him.run in with the laws, bad company and a whole lot of other stuffs cant posted here.
