Having a job offer from canadian emloyer reduces processing time

I have been told by asn immigration consultant that if you receive a confirm job offer by a canadian employer and verified by HR department that will reduce the processing time to 12 months, I would like to hear on this ,

I have been told by asn immigration consultant that if you receive a confirm job offer by a canadian employer and verified by HR department that will reduce the processing time to 12 months, I would like to hear on this ,

1.  An arranged employment option (AEO) approved by HRSDC will speed up the application in London and Buffalo quite a bit.  Other offices not as much.  Doubtful if it would be 12 months or less other than London or Buffalo.
