Mrs. Khan,

I would suggest you to contact CIO ASAP.

Below are the contact details of CIO.

CIC call centre number: +16139444000, then dial 1-2-1-2-0

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/canada/csu.asp

They will ask u about ur surname/date of birth/ Country from where u applied.

thanks

Normally 2nd AOR from London office is taking between 4-5 months. As you sent your full docs to London office on 15/11/10 so its almost 4.5 months and you will be receiving your 2nd AOR shortly. But you can send them a case specific enquiry. Their email is

London-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca

Thanks

First of all check your junk/spam emal. After that you should email through case specific enquiry to your concerned Visa Office. Sometimes the email may not receive or lost on the way. But CIO transfers it to VO. You should write your name, date of birth and applied date to CIO in the email. Tell them that email might lost and show extreme concern in the text. Remember CIO don't reply to FSW-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca.
The only way to get AOR is to contact VO. I had the same situation and got my file number through same procedure.

Normally 28 days written in automated reply, that is the maximum time. But usually CIC respond back between 2 weeks.

CIC [Canada immigration centre] & CHC [Canadian High commission] both use with Visa Office . I have seen one guy who got the response on the same day so keep on checking email daily. Well CHC has its own style of working. Don't worry this is normal. I tell you my story that I got 1st AOR after 3 and half month & 2nd AOR just in 12 days. So it happens.
