Haven't Got the medical (Buffalo Visa Office) ...!!!!!!!

I am so frustrated and now it is over the limit. .........I do not know what they guys are doing with my file since 6 months...

I have submitted my full documents on april 1st 2010

Got my 2nd AOR on May 5th 2010.

But after that there is no change in my status.  

It is more than 6 months and still says same  "Received by Visa Office".        

any suggestion?
shd I send them a case specific inquiry?  
 
My timeline:

We received your application for permanent residence on January 11, 2010.
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 1, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 
Your application and supporting documents were received by the Buffalo office. They are pending review.
 
We transferred your application to the Buffalo office on March 10, 2010. The Buffalo office may contact you.

We transferred your application to the Buffalo office on January 27, 2010. The Buffalo office may contact you.

My e-cas still shows RBVO (since april 28, 2010). I sent buffalo an email last week to which they replied

Your application is in process. We are unable to provide a date when the processing of your application will be complete.
