I have my post graduate work permit till next december. But the visa stamp on my passport is expiring in January. Do I need to get my passport stamped again with the extension period. If I donot have any plan to visit India till next December, than also do i need that stamp? If it is required than what do I have to do?
Please help, Thanks in advance!!

If you're not leaving Canada anytime before your WP expires then you don't have to apply for a new TRV (visa stamp on passport).

You can send your application either to Buffalo or Seattle:
