Hi,

According to the cic.gc.ca site:

If there has been a change in circumstances between the date of your application and your arrival in Canada or if subsequent information is given which was not originally available to the visa office, you may be refused entry by the immigration officer at the port of entry.

NOW:
We applied for visitors visa about a month ago; still to receive any information. We gave visiting our family as the reason.

At that time we wanted to visit our family and come back before our 1-94 expires (Aug end). Our H1b and H4 extensions were filed and we just recd the good news last Friday that our extn's were approved. Now we want to appear for our visa stamping as well....

Is that possible? or will there be a problem.....to visit as well appear for the visa stamping?

Could anyone please let us know....

Thanks in advance!!!!!!

That section doesn't apply to you, it is for Immigrants and you are coming as visitors.

Thank you for your response!!!!!

This was in the TRV section of the CIC website..........

Visiting Canada: Temporary Resident Visas – After applying

Note: a valid temporary resident visa and valid travel document do not guarantee you automatic entry into Canada. If you arrive in Canada and a Canadian official finds that you are no longer admissible because

    your circumstances changed, or
new information on you came to light (such as false information on your application for a temporary resident visa)

you may not be allowed to enter Canada.

That's why we are concerned...................

Anyone who can comment or shed some light on this?Huh

Thanks in advance ..........
