Hello friends,

One of my friends who applied to Manitoba PNP in Dec 2011, got a call from Manitoba immigration yesterday that he has to withdraw his previous FSW application ("In Process since Jan 2012" at CHC New Delhi) in order to get approval from them.

He has been given a week's time to send a proof of such withdrawal or will be given a negative decision on MPNP.

Any suggestions as to which of the 2 applications is likely to get finalized first?
