Have money for business visa but do not have business experience?

Is there any way to get business visa, if you are not a business man?
I heard that if you give Canadian government 1, 30,000 Dollars (non-returnable), you can get an immediate visa?

Can someone answer to my both questions please!

No you do not get an immediate visa and no you cannot get a business visa if you are not a businessman.
Much simple to ask for a PR..because it is very complicated for business. they check you up and also to make sure u r not a terrorist or white washing money..etc.
